The room here is brand-new and well-kept, with a really nice bathroom 🚿. the bed is super comfy, and all the facilities are nice and clean. You can't beat the location—it's right by all the shopping spots, and there's a computer store just a 15-minute walk away.

I have had a VERY GOOD experience
This ideal, fairly clean hotel deserves more than 3 stars. the staff was superfriendly and helpful. - Offered concierge service, wake up calls, and ironing free of charge. - the room was reasonably large and brand-new with a private bathroom. - I liked a great view of the city

Simple hotel and the location near to everything was nice and marvellous. Location: the venue was so close to nagoya hillmall / BCS mall, the market, and tourist attractions. The lunch in Resto Garpu Merah next to the hotel had every choice imaginable😀

The rooftop at Vanilla Hotel provided an excellent view in the night. We enjoyed relaxing and taking in the scenery. The staff, although they spoke very little English, were always friendly and smiling. The manager, Mr. Bagus, was particularly helpful and provided valuable tips about the local attractions. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, stunning rooftop and welcoming staff.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, able to fulfill requests. The basic amenities are well maintained and the rooms are spacious, perfect for families with two queen-size beds. Additionally, the hotel's location near a shopping center, food court, and wet market provides convenience for guests.
The only minor issue we encountered was that the breakfast could be improved. More variety of items such as half-boiled eggs, nasi lemak, and fishballs would be preferred.

We had a great value for our money. the staff was accommodating and friendly. the location was perfect as it was walking distance to the shopping mall and temple. We also appreciated the complementary car service that we booked for our city sightseeing.
Although the staff has tried their best to communicate with us, some of them aren't very fluent in English. Breakfast was not great and lacked variety.

The location is great with options for shopping and dining nearby, just a short walk away from popular shopping centers such as BCS mall and Penuin market. the clean room and comfortable bed made for a pleasant stay. the breakfast offered a decent variety and filled us up for the day ahead. the rooftop lounge was a nice touch, providing a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after exploring the city.
The massage service offered at the hotel fell short of expectations in terms of professionalism and quality.

The rooftop bar was definitely a highlight of our Thanksgiving stay. The live band performances during the night were fantastic and the view of the city skyline was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The location was also very convenient - just a short walk away from shopping and dining options. the hotel offered car rental services at an affordable price, which made exploring the surrounding area a breeze.
The check-in and check-out process was not smooth. We experienced a delay in both processes and the staff seemed to be moving at a leisurely pace.
